Job Description

• Support the Event Responsible in the preparation, execution, and follow-up processes of events and organizational activities.
• Carry out photo and video shoots as part of production activities.
• Create backstage content, interviews, and short-form content when required.
• Support the preparation of mailing materials, presentations, and basic visual adaptation works.
• Support the team in campaign, content, user communication, and operational processes related to loyalty programs.
• Assist with content processes for websites, mobile applications, social media, and other digital platforms within digital communication projects.
• Take an active role in the preparation of webinars, live broadcasts, and digital events.
• Support the team with English content, correspondence, and international communication processes. 

Qualifications

• University student in Communication, Advertising, Visual Communication Design, New Media, Marketing, Radio-TV-Cinema, or a related field.
• Willing to take an active role in event and organization activities.
• Follows digital communication and social media trends.
• Interested in Loyalty / CRM activities and eager to learn.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Comfortable working with multiple teams simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Willing to take responsibility and learn new areas.
• Has basic camera skills or is willing to learn.
• Proficient in Adobe applications.
• Interested in photography and video production.
