Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Προετοιμασία του χώρου εργασίας
  • Υποστήριξη στις ανάγκες της ζεστής και της κρύας κουζίνας
  • Προετοιμασία των πρώτων υλών σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του Chef
  • Τήρηση των κανονισμών HACCP (ανάλυση κινδύνου και κρίσιμα σημεία ελέγχου)
