Coordinates with Director and Department Head on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies. Project size differentiates this position from the senior level. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assists with design presentations and monitors project design development. Responsible for implementing firm-wide standards. Observe and repeat the design process. Oversees junior staff. Assists project design development with gained experience and lessened supervisor interaction. Provides support to ensure consistent and high-quality design firm wide, with gained experience, and guide junior staff. Performs other duties as assigned
