Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager to develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and business partners.

The Commercial Relationship Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive consistent communication, professional support, and a high-quality overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned commercial accounts.
• Understand client goals, priorities, and business needs.
• Provide professional and timely communication throughout the client relationship.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and support business growth.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are addressed effectively.
• Assist with account follow-ups, meetings, presentations, and relationship development.

• Resolve concerns professionally while protecting the quality of the client relationship.

• Competitive Salary: $50,000 – $57,000 per year.
