This is a fixed hybrid role (M/F remote; Tues-Thurs onsite) at HQ in Maple Plain, MN. The Commercial Product Manager (CPM) for Injection Molding is a strategic leader responsible for translating product capabilities into scalable, repeatable go-to-market execution. The CPM operates with a mid-term horizon, focused on creating reusable frameworks and GTM infrastructure that improve sales effectiveness, accelerate adoption, and ensure consistent customer value delivery across segments and regions. The CPM executes go-to-market strategy and positioning in partnership with sales and marketing , where a regional marketing counterpart exists, Product Marketing, translating it into scalable, field-ready commercial systems. In markets without a dedicated regional marketing partner, the CPM leads positioning and go-to-market strategy directly.
