Commercial Operations Manager

The Group has expanded its publishing brands to a wider scope, encompassing Hypebeast and its multiple content distribution platforms, creative agency Hypemaker, and e-commerce and retail platform HBX.   Hypebeast is looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to work directly with the SVP Global Commercial as their operational right hand. Based in Hong Kong, this role supports commercial teams across Asia Pacific, EMEA and North America, keeping the commercial engine running day to day: maintaining data hygiene, preparing reporting, coordinating across regional teams, chasing progress from editorial and cross-functional stakeholders, and finding ways to use AI to make the commercial process faster and smarter. Our commercial data sits across several systems and teams, so part of this role is helping bring that together into reporting the SVP and regional heads can rely on. This is a hands-on role with a lot of direct exposure to senior stakeholders. If you like variety, moving quickly, and sitting at the centre of how a global commercial team operates, this is the job.
