Job Title: Manager
Location: Pune
Experience: Minimum 4-8 years
Reports to: Vice President – Commercial Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with commercial property owners, developers, and co-working operators to source and shortlist suitable office spaces based on client requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end leasing lifecycle, including property sourcing, site visits, commercial negotiations, lease renewals, expansions, relocations, exits, documentation, and transaction closure.
- Prepare market comparisons, proposals, offer letters, term sheets, and client business cases to support leasing decisions.
- Coordinate with clients, landlords, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution, accurate documentation, lease compliance, stamp duty, and registration.
- Maintain accurate transaction records, pipeline updates, and stakeholder communication.
- Develop long-term client relationships, identify new business and repeat opportunities, and contribute towards revenue targets.
- Track market trends, rental benchmarks, and new developments to provide relevant insights to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in corporate/B2B sales; commercial real estate or leasing experience preferred.
- Prior experience in commercial office leasing, retail leasing, or co-working is an advantage.
- Proven ability to build client relationships, negotiate deals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, ownership, persistence, and solution-oriented approach.
Travel
- Frequent intracity travel is required for client meetings, property visits, negotiations, and consultations. Travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.
