Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and pragmatic Commercial Counsel to join our growing Legal team. The role offers the opportunity to work in close partnership with our go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, Partners & Alliances, and Professional Services) and make a significant impact on the company’s operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience reviewing and negotiating contracts, a strong ability to exercise independent judgment, and a practical, business focused approach to legal issues. We have a strong preference for candidates located in the Pacific and Mountain Time Zones but will consider candidates located in the Central Time Zone who are open to working Pacific Time Zone. This position will report to the General Counsel and will have opportunities to collaborate directly with business leaders.
