About the Role

In this position, you will support commercial decision-making through advanced analytics, forecasting, business intelligence tools, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, and Finance teams. You will contribute to driving commercial performance by identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and enabling data-driven decisions across the business.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting activities to support commercial decision-making.

  • Generate actionable insights related to pricing, product mix, profitability, sales performance, opportunities, risks, trends, and commercial KPIs.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using Power BI, Excel, and other business intelligence platforms.

  • Support the development and enhancement of Business Intelligence platforms and analytical capabilities.

  • Analyze market, customer, and competitive information to support business planning and strategic initiatives.

  • Lead and support forecasting, commercial planning, and S&OP processes.

  • Facilitate alignment among Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, and other business functions to support commercial objectives.

  • Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical solutions.

  • Support the administration of commercial processes including pricing uploads, commercial conditions, rebates, sales incentive calculations, sales funnel tracking, and monthly sales reconciliations.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence, Sales Planning, Commercial Planning, Forecasting, or similar analytical roles.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong experience with Power BI and data visualization tools.

  • Experience working with large datasets, reporting solutions, and performance analysis.

  • Knowledge of forecasting and commercial planning processes.

  • Intermediate English proficiency (B1-B2)

  • Knowledge of Tableau, Python, SQL, Access, or similar analytical tools.

  • Experience supporting S&OP, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Revenue Growth Management, or Business Intelligence functions.
