Responsibilities
- Assist collection activities for an assigned portfolio through phone, email, and collection tools.
- Oversee delinquent accounts, payment plans, escalations, and complex customer situations.
- Drive process improvements and support the implementation of system enhancements.
- Partner with business units and key stakeholders to resolve disputes and improve collection results.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and company standards.
- Maintain high-quality service, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
Qualifications
- Advanced English and Spanish language skills (C1/C2).
- Experience in Credit & Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash processes.
- Good understanding of SAP and intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
