Collections Agent - 1 Year FTC (f/m/d)

Purpose of Position

To ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices and maintain healthy cash flow as well as implement the rules in credit policy. 

Please note: As this position sits on a global team, not everyone is able to read, write or speak in Portuguese. Please, submit your CV in English to be fully considered. 

Key Tasks

• To ensure the timely collections
• To manage the customer credit limits
• To create healthy communication with customers
• To keep the sustainability of Power BI and other reports
• To develop the reporting systems via AI.

Skills & Expertise

• 4 - 7 years credit control background
• Power BI
• Excel
• AI or derivatives
• Able to adapt quickly
• Able to work independently when necessary
• Background in Power BI
• Advanced/fluent English
