As a Collection Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our company's reputation by effectively managing loan collections. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely and accurate loan repayments, while also providing excellent customer service. This role is integral to our business, as it helps maintain a healthy portfolio and contributes to the overall success of our Two Wheeler Finance division.

• Manage and recover loan payments from customers, ensuring timely and accurate repayments.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates and resolve any payment-related queries.
• Identify and address potential payment issues or delinquencies, taking proactive measures to prevent defaults.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of loan collections.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience during the collection process.

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Prior experience in a collection or customer service role is preferred, with a proven track record of successful collections.

• Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for data entry and record-keeping.
