DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and document collection, sales and customer service processes.
- Verify the performance of current credit products by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovating new products.
- Monitor, evaluate, optimize collection channels for our customers.
- Follow up the flow of collections according to the expected projections (Cash Flow).
- Maintain an adequate level of results in the Operations and Collections KPIs.
- Ensure the good daily development of the Call Center Operation.
- Evaluate and attend the requests of the regular entities.
- Control and support the management of the external collection agency.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional in administrative, financial or accounting careers.
- At least 5 years of experience as a leader in the areas of collections, customer service or operations in the financial or real sector.
- Solid knowledge of Excel and office.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Spanish and English.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Financial and risk analysis.
