About this role
Η Effective Direct Solutions (EDS) ιδρύθηκε με στόχο την παροχή υψηλής ποιότητας υπηρεσιών ενημέρωσης οφειλετών για την ύπαρξη ληξιπρόθεσμων και απαιτητών οφειλών τους προς φυσικά και νομικά πρόσωπα που παρέχουν οποιασδήποτε μορφής πίστωση και αναζητά Collection Agents.
Ο κάτοχος της θέσης θα πραγματοποιεί κλήσεις σε υφιστάμενους πελάτες τραπεζικών προϊόντων με σκοπό την διαχείριση των ληξιπρόθεσμων απαιτήσεών τους.
Ωράριο: 09.00-17.00 (Δευτέρα ως Παρασκευή, με ένα απογευματινό 12.00- 20.00)
Αρμοδιότητες
- Τηλεφωνική ενημέρωση και διαπραγμάτευση ληξιπρόθεσμων οφειλών
- Διασφάλιση τήρησης νομοθετικού πλαισίου
- Άμεση αντιμετώπιση ενδεχόμενων αντιρρήσεων
- Απολυτήριο Λυκείου
- Προϋπηρεσία 2+ έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση - απαραίτητη
- Αναπτυγμένες ικανότητες επικοινωνίας & διαπραγμάτευσης
- Καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ (Excel, Word)
- Γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Ανταγωνιστικό πακέτο αποδοχών
