The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Order Document Intake Specialist I, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Processing documentation required for product order entry accurately, efficiently, and within agreed service-level timelines while complying with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Recognizing document types, retrieving online authorizations, and updating order, customer, and document information in the relevant systems.
  • Tracking, monitoring, and following up on documents attached to orders and customer records, resolving missing information and discrepancies using established operating methods.
  • Meeting daily productivity and quality expectations while maintaining an organized and efficient workflow.
  • Partnering with leads, supervisors, managers, and other stakeholders to communicate issues, identify opportunities, and support process improvements.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • Two (2) or more years of customer service or data entry experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and email.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment while managing a daily incoming and outgoing workload.
  • Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and statutory holidays, based on business needs.

AND


In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Ability to navigate and toggle efficiently among multiple Windows-based applications and four to five systems using dual screens in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong typing, 10-key, keyboard, and accurate data-entry skills.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with consistent attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external customers at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound business judgment, complete required training, and meet quality-assurance standards.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:


  • Experience with data management and enterprise resource planning systems, such as Oracle.
  • Two (2) or more years of related healthcare experience and knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Back-office experience.
  • Completed college coursework.

Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Heredia, Belén at least one day per week).

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $39,360 - $54,120, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
