CNC Machine Operator

Night Vision Devices, Inc. (NVD), is seeking qualified candidates for a Entry Level CNC Machine Operator opening. The successful candidate would be responsible for operating CNC Milling machines.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and orderly work area.
• Operate HAAS CNC Machines.
• Perform machine inspection process to insure part quality.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedule.
• Collect data and compile inspection reports.
• Troubleshoots issues with equipment or machinery.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum HS diploma or equivalent. Post HS education with technical background is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Mechanically inclined and ability to utilize common hand tools.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Problem solving abilities.
• Time Management skills.
• Ability to follow simple work instructions both written and verbal direction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have good understanding of Machine shop inspection equipment.

Experience in the following a plus:

• Ability to run manual machines.
