Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)
Aufgaben:
· Rüsten, Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-gesteuerten Kantanlagen bzw. Gesenkbiegepressen (LVD)
. Programmieren, Aufrufen, Optimieren und Korrigieren von CNC-Abkant-Programmen
. Bearbeitung unterschiedlicher Kantteile aller Art in Einzelfertigung oder Kleinserien nach Zeichnungsvorgabe
· Durchführung der Qualitätsprüfung mit anforderungsbezogenen Prüfmitteln
· Prüfen der gefertigten Teile auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit
· Rückmeldung des Arbeitsvolumens sowie erfassen gefertigter Stückzahlen in SAP
. Maschinenpflege und Reinigung
Anforderungen:
· Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Metallfacharbeiter (m/w/d) wie z. B. Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d), Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar erworbene Fachkenntnisse
· Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kanten (CNC-Kantmaschinen) und Gesenkbiegen
· Selbständiges und genaues Arbeiten nach Zeichnung und Stückliste
· Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und sorgfältige Bearbeitung unserer Aufträge
· Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 2-Schicht-Betrieb
· Guten Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
