About this role

Apoiará a implementação, a migração, a segurança e a otimização de soluções Microsoft para parceiros da América Latina, combinando execução técnica, participação ativa em sessões técnico-comerciais, elaboração de propostas e documentação, bem como acompanhamento consultivo durante a prestação dos serviços Cloud. 

 

Principais responsabilidades 

  • Dimensionar propostas de serviços e colaborar com a equipe comercial na definição dos escopos técnicos. 

  • Implementar e configurar soluções no Azure e no Microsoft 365. 

  • Executar migrações de ambientes locais para a nuvem e entre plataformas Cloud, incluindo e-mail e SharePoint. 

  • Aplicar controles e melhores práticas de segurança para proteger identidades, contas e plataformas. 

  • Revisar arquiteturas, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e apoiar a resolução de incidentes de infraestrutura. 

  • Elaborar documentações técnicas, entregáveis e materiais para clientes e parceiros. 

  • Conduzir sessões técnicas ou técnico-comerciais para esclarecer escopos, facilitar a execução dos serviços e promover o portfólio de soluções.

  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com as áreas comercial e técnica. 

  • Adaptabilidade, aprendizado contínuo e desempenho eficaz sob pressão. 

  • Disponibilidade para atender a janelas de manutenção em diferentes fusos horários da América Latina. 

 

Conhecimentos e requisitos desejáveis 

  • Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Engenharia de Sistemas Computacionais, Ciência da Computação, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.

  • Conhecimentos fundamentais de Azure, Microsoft 365, segurança Cloud e inteligência artificial com Microsoft Copilot. 

  • Conhecimento do idioma espanhol. (Obrigatório) 

  • Conhecimento do idioma inglês. (Desejável)

  • Certificação Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) ou Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900). (É necessário possuir uma das certificações mencionadas)
