Clinical Trial Coordinator

About the Role

Full Time, Fixed-Term 4-5 Months 

As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of clinical trials, ensuring participant visits, trial procedures, and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with Clinical Trial Managers, investigators, and research teams, you'll help deliver high-quality research that advances global health.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate participant visits, procedures, and follow-up
• Manage day-to-day trial activities and timelines
• Support recruitment, screening, and informed consent
• Maintain accurate trial documentation and site files
• Record and manage trial data and resolve queries
• Coordinate monitoring visits, audits, and study meetings
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and trial protocols
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and deviations
• Collaborate across multiple trials and research teams
• Support continuous improvement in trial delivery

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Science or health-related tertiary qualification
• Clinical trial or clinical research experience
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and research regulations
• Strong organisation and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and communication skills
