Mandatory Qualification

• MBBS

• Experience in clinical research, medical writing, scientific research, or systematic literature review
• Strong understanding of clinical guidelines and evidence-based medicine
• Experience working with clinical protocols, risk assessment frameworks, or healthcare products
• Certification or additional qualification in Clinical Research, Epidemiology, Public Health, Digital Health, Health Informatics, or Healthcare Analytics
• Master's degree / MBA in Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Research & Evidence Validation

• Conduct structured medical and scientific research using peer-reviewed literature, clinical guidelines, and other credible evidence-based sources.
• Evaluate the quality, relevance, and applicability of clinical evidence.
• Build evidence summaries and recommendations to support healthcare products and clinical frameworks.
• Continuously review emerging clinical evidence and assess its relevance to existing products and protocols.

2. Clinical Framework & Risk Model Development

• Develop and validate clinical parameters, biomarkers, formulas, indices, scoring systems, thresholds, and risk-assessment methodologies.
• Define clinical interpretation and risk-stratification logic for different health conditions and patient profiles.
• Ensure that clinical frameworks are scientifically sound, internally consistent, and practical to implement at scale.

3. Health Risk Assessment & Medical Intelligence

• Develop and enhance clinical frameworks for Health Risk Assessments, Smart Health Reports, disease profiles, and condition-management journeys.
• Define interpretation logic, risk categories, recommendations, escalation criteria, and appropriate clinical next steps.
• Translate medical evidence into structured and actionable health insights for users.

4. Clinical Algorithms & Care Recommendations

• Develop evidence-based decision frameworks and algorithms for:
  • Preventive care
  • Health screening and diagnostics
  • Specialist referrals
  • Lifestyle interventions
  • Health coaching
  • Condition management
  • Personalized care journeys
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to translate clinical logic into scalable product requirements and rules.

5. Medical & Scientific Writing

• Create and maintain clinical research documents, evidence summaries, protocols, guidelines, clinical content, and medical documentation.
• Convert complex clinical concepts into clear, structured, and actionable documentation for both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a structured clinical knowledge repository.

6. Clinical Quality, Governance & SOPs

• Contribute to the development of clinical quality standards and governance frameworks.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation standards, clinical protocols, audit mechanisms, and quality-control processes.
• Support doctor evaluation frameworks and clinical quality reviews to ensure consistency across healthcare services.
• Identify gaps in clinical processes and recommend improvements.

7. Cross-Functional Product Collaboration

• Partner closely with Product, Data, Engineering, Doctors, Health Coaches, Diagnostics, and Operations teams.
• Translate clinical requirements into clear, implementable frameworks and product specifications.
• Review product features and healthcare journeys from a clinical accuracy, safety, and evidence perspective.
• Balance clinical rigor with usability, scalability, and real-world implementation.

8. Build the Clinical Research & Medical Intelligence Function

• Establish structured processes for clinical research, evidence review, validation, documentation, and governance.
• Build reusable clinical frameworks, repositories, templates, and review mechanisms.
• Take ownership of strengthening the Clinical Research & Medical Intelligence capability as the function scales.
• Over time, contribute to building the team, operating model, and standards for the function.
