Short Description
The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist provides advanced clinical pharmacy services in various specialties to ensure optimal safety and cost-effective therapeutic regimens in collaboration with respective specialty disciplines.Experience Required
- 3-5 years experience required.
- PGY-1 (or clinically relevant experience) preferred.

HIGH SCHOOL OR GEDDOCTORATELicense/Certification Requirements
- New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months).
- PGY-1 (or clinically relevant experience) preferred.
- Oncology Board Certification (or eligible within 2 years).
