Hourly Pay Range:

Position Highlights:

• Position: Clinical Nurse Manager - CVICU + MICU

• Location: Glenbrook, Hospital

• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, 40 hour per week

• Hours: Monday-Friday on site, 24/7 responsibility

What you will need:

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required. Master’s degree in Nursing, Business or a Healthcare related discipline preferred

• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required, Ortho Certification a plus

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant clinical setting required. Previous management experience preferred

What you will do:

• Hold 24/7 accountability and responsibility for the professional nursing practice, professional development, performance improvement initiatives, and fiscal management for an assigned clinical unit

• Adhere to all regulatory compliance bodies

• Create a departmental environment that promotes customer loyalty for patients, families, physicians, and employees.

• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
