Clinical Nurse Manager 2 Technology and Transformation

Job Purpose

The CNM2 Technology and Transformation post will provide regional operational and clinical informatics leadership for the administration, governance and optimisation of the IntelliSpace Critical Care and Anaesthesia (ICCA) system across Dublin and North East.

The post holder will support clinical engagement, regional standardisation, risk management, change control and the safe and effective adoption of ICCA. While ICCA will be the primary focus, the post holder may also support other Digital for Care programmes in line with regional priorities.

Essential Criteria

This campaign is confined to staff who are currently employed by the HSE Dubliln North East Region

Each candidate must at the latest date of application:

Eligible applicants will be those who on the closing date for the competition:

• Are registered, or are eligible for registration, in the Nurse and/or Midwife Division of the Register (General, Midwives, Children’s, Intellectual Disability, Psychiatric, Public Health Nursing) maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (Bord Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann). 

And

• Have at least 5 years post registration experience (or an aggregrate of 5 years fulltime post registration experience) of which 2 years must be in the Critical Care speciality or related area.

And

• Have successfully completed a post registration programme of study, as certified by the education provider, which verified that the applicant has achieved a National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) major academic Level 8 or higher award maintained by Quality & Qualifications of Ireland (QQI) or can provide written evidence from the Higher Education Institute that they have achieved the number of ECTS credits equivalent to a Level 8 or higher in a health care management related area.

 Annual Registration

Practitioners must maintain live annual registration on the relevant division of the Register of Nurses and Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (Bord Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann).

And

Confirm annual registration with NMBI to the HSE by way of the annual Patient Safety Assurance Certificate (PSAC).

Health

A candidate for and any person holding the office must be fully competent and capable of undertaking the duties attached to the office and be in a state of health such as would indicate a reasonable prospect of ability to render regular and efficient service.

Character
