MUSC Health at Home by BAYADA is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Myrtle Beach, SC Medicare Certified home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients throughout Horry County.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

  • Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
  • Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in Myrtle Beach, SC
  • Supervise a team of field clinicians.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
  • Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
  • Paid on call is required at least one weekend per month. It can be more frequent depending on needs of the office. 

Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
  • Minimum of 1 year Home Health experience required.
  • Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
