Descrição do emprego
Estamos a recrutar Clientes Mistério para Portugal Continental e ilhas:
O(a) profissional será responsável pelas seguintes tarefas:
- Visitar estabelecimentos e avaliar a experiência do cliente de forma anónima;
- Preencher relatórios detalhados sobre o atendimento, ambiente e serviço prestado;
- Possível necessidade de registar evidências (fotos/recibos) conforme necessário;
- Cumprir prazos na entrega das avaliações.
- Realizar auditorias em diversos setores (Hotelaria, Restauração, Estética, Banca, Telecomunicações, Energia, Automóvel, Retalho, entre outros).
Qualificações
Valorizamos um profissional com o seguinte perfil:
- Formação mínima ao nível do 12.º ano (Preferencial);
- Informática na ótica do utilizador;
- Acesso a um smartphone/computador com internet;
- Boa capacidade de redação para preenchimento dos relatórios
- Possuir Recibos Verdes / Fatura/ Ato único
- Possuir Seguro de Trabalho Individual
- Experiência em avaliações de serviço será uma mais-valia (Valorizado)
