Job Description

Your Opportunity

As our Client Success Officer, you'll contribute to driving client satisfaction, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring clients derive maximum value from Cuscal's products and services. You'll play a key role in supporting Cuscal's strategic goals and delivering value to clients, colleagues, and the broader business. Adapted from the template structure. 

You'll also make an impact by:

• Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted day-to-day contact
• Supporting service delivery and coordinating the resolution of client enquiries and issues
• Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and enhance the overall customer experience

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

• Experience in client service, account management, customer success or relationship management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering outcomes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following:

• Experience within financial services, payments, banking or fintech
• Knowledge of client onboarding, service management or operational processes
• Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities
