Job Description

As Client Success Manager, you will focus on maximizing client satisfaction and value by analyzing client data, identify areas for improvement, and implement plans to improve our client success process.

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive strategies to improve client retention, engagement, and expansion by identifying important metrics and success factors.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Use customer data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for optimization, providing relevant insights to the Client Success team
  • Customer relationship management:
    • Build relationships with client partners, addressing concerns, and identifying potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Implement process improvements within clients success function to refine operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Track client success metrics, identifying areas for improvement, reporting on progress to senior management.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work with other departments like sales, marketing, product development to ensure seamless customer experience

Qualifications

  • Up to 25% travel required
  • Bachelor's degree is beneficial
  • 10+ years' experience in revenue cycle with emphasis on Patient Access within the healthcare industry
  • 7+ years' experience within HIS systems
  • Provider-based background recommended
  • Healthcare Project Management or Consulting experience
  • Proficient in Generative AI tools
  • HFMA, CRCR beneficial
  • Excellent skills with Salesforce or a similar Client Relationship Management system
  • Holistic, big-picture perspective with the ability to resolve issues
  • Team Player, able to collaborate across groups and learn from others - specifically sales, marketing, product, support and implementation
  • Flexible in working with changing needs of organizations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
