Job Summary CCMSI is seeking a Client Services Account Manager - Workers' Compensation to serve as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for key client accounts. This role combines strategic client partnership, stewardship reporting, audit management, and service oversight to help clients achieve successful workers' compensation program outcomes. As an employee-owner, you'll play a direct role in strengthening client relationships, driving service excellence, and delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities
We're looking for someone who thinks like an owner, not just an account manager. The ideal candidate takes accountability for client outcomes, proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, and builds long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency, and measurable performance.
- Manage client service expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct regular client meetings and stewardship discussions.
- Review and address audit findings, deficiencies, and service opportunities.
- Generate, analyze, and communicate iCE reporting and account performance data.
- Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client goals and service commitments.
- Prepare and present client-facing reports and operational updates.
- Travel as needed to support client relationships and business objectives.
Qualifications
Required:
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and service expectations.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to review reports, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively with clients located throughout Nevada.
Nice to Have:
- Experience generating operational, stewardship, or client performance reports.
- Experience supporting audits or corrective action initiatives.
- Knowledge of risk management, claims administration, insurance, or third-party administration environments.
- Experience driving client satisfaction initiatives.

Compensation & Compliance
The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
CCMSI offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Paid time off accrues throughout the year in accordance with company policy, with paid holidays and eligibility for retirement programs in accordance with plan documents.
