What Our Client Service Representatives Do

Our Client Service Representatives help create a welcoming and positive experience for clients and their pets while keeping our busy front desk running smoothly.

You’ll use your communication, organization, and customer service skills to:

• Provide friendly and compassionate service to clients
• Help support an exceptional experience for clients and their pets
• Communicate clearly and professionally in a busy veterinary environment
• Prioritize responsibilities as needs change throughout the day
• Manage multiple tasks while staying organized
• Remain calm and focused when the front desk gets busy
• Collaborate with fellow front desk team members and the rest of the hospital
