About the Team & Business Line: 

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience. 

As a core member of our Client Integration team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. 

You will be a key member of the Client Integration team and will play an integral role in in the execution of various strategic projects that support Citco Fund Services’ risk mitigation efforts. You will also provide strategic leadership, ensuring the team executes projects in a standardized, risk-adverse manner, providing Management Information Reporting for initiatives as well as marketing the team and identifying opportunities to expand the team’s scope and improve processes and frameworks. 

The Client Integration team is charged with providing multiple Citco Lines of Business units (Hedge Fund, Fund of Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate, Institutional Services, Retail Alts and Ancillary Services) with project management governance when executing initiatives that are focused at client level but in line with Strategic business direction.  The Client Integration team provides a structured framework and management information, allowing for timely escalation of issues and risks that impact the success of the initiatives. 

Your Role: 

Project Delivery:

• New Client/Fund/Launches/Conversions

• Coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure workflows will meet client needs and they capture any unique sets of requirements

• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project scope is documented, agreed and completed at planning phases

• Subject matter expert on Citco’s systems and implementation processes

• Lead data migration and analysis between internal systems, client/third party systems, process identification, review, data mapping, and custom solutions.

• Manage Sentry set-up, implementation and testing with internal IT & CFS stakeholders

   

Administrative Reporting:

• Tracking of projects, progress, status and deadlines

• Actively manage operational risk – monthly reporting on status reports and key development issues to external clients and executive management team

• Ensure fluid execution and strategy for work forecasting and allocation

Management:

• Management of virtual teams

• Pipeline/Project/Resourcing management

• Oversight, recruitment, training and development

Sales Preparation:

• Participate in marketing and sales pitches; effectively demonstrate and communicate Citco’s workflows, best practices and technologies

• Request for proposal/information assistance

• Stakeholder in the development of new clients/business

• Leverage existing client relationship to secure new business, offering our products and services

Transformation:

• Lead/Participate in departmental, company-wide projects and strategic initiatives

• Lead/Participate process/efficient projects

• Identify issues/concerns and recommend company-wide solutions for any/all high risk projects

• Lead/Participate discussions with department heads on project priority, scheduling and/or discuss new initiatives.

• Provide strategic oversight on team’s methodologies, looking for opportunities to standardize, streamline and improve the product offering

• Document and communicate business outcomes and gains from assigned initiatives.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications. 

About You:

• You have a degree qualified or related professional qualification.  

• Experience in Credit/Loan operations, client facing role in the financial services industry

• Proven knowledge of Credit fund administration

• Proven Sentry (or WSO) experience

• Proven Project Management experience

• Proven Business Analysis experience

• Possess a strategic mindset and find motivation in creatively solving problems
