- Create, develop, and manage content across multiple Chinese Social Media platforms such as Weibo, Red (Xiaohongshu), Douyin etc. to maximize brand exposure.
- Conduct content analysis and optimize performance.
- Engage and interact with customers across different Chinese social media platforms, collaborating with various teams to ensure timely responses and effective communication.
- Support the new Social Media Channel entries such as organizing processes, documentation, content plan, and others.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure the smooth and timely execution of Social Media Campaigns.
- Remain updated with social media trends in China.
- Any other tasks assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong (written and verbal) communication skills in Chinese and English is a must.
- Skills in photo editing tools such as Canva and Lightroom.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or any related field.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand key social media trends or topics.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills.
- Ability to write catchy content in Chinese
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them.
- A keen eye for details.
