Early Childhood Teacher | Build Your Career in ABA
About this role
About FirstSteps
The FirstSteps Team is inspired by the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential. To that end, our mission is twofold: to provide the best evidence-based, behavior analytic treatment to our children diagnosed with autism and related learning differences, and to offer a positive, collaborative, and dynamic work experience for our team. We are steadfastly committed to ongoing training and mentorship of our employees, always motivated to support the next generation of clinical leaders in our field and at FirstSteps. Our greatest reward is witnessing the rapid and joyful learning of our little ones and knowing that together, we are creating more happy days for the kids and families we serve.

We're looking for enthusiastic, caring people who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism as Behavior Technicians, where you'll work one-on-one with children in a supportive, play-based environment, helping them build communication, social, independence, and everyday life skills. (Learn More About the Position via our DITL & ChatRBT Reel Series on Instagram @firststepsforkids)
If you're a preschool teacher, Montessori guide, early childhood educator, or simply someone who has professional experience helping children learn and grow, you already have something incredibly valuable: the ability to connect with kids, meet them where they are, and celebrate the little wins along the way.
We want to build on that foundation by teaching you ABA principles via paid training, hands-on mentorship, and real opportunities to advance your career.
Many of our leaders started in hands-on roles working directly with children; this could be the beginning of a career you never expected. If you've ever thought, "I love working with kids, but I'm ready for something more," this could be your next step.
Bring your experience. Bring your heart. We'll help you build what's next.
