Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.

Currently, we are bidding for Metro Rail projects across India. The position of Chief Architectural Expert is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

• Lead the architectural design process for metro stations, depots, ancillary buildings, and integrated urban developments.
• Ensure that all design aspects comply with client requirements, international standards, and local regulations.
• Coordinate architectural activities with other engineering disciplines (civil, structural, MEP, systems, etc.).
• Integrate architectural design with functional, structural, safety, and operational requirements.

   

• Act as the primary architectural representative in discussions with project owners, government agencies, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and external stakeholders.

• Develop and implement quality control/assurance procedures for architectural deliverables.

• Review and approve drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
• Provide design support during construction, reviewing shop drawings and responding to architectural RFIs (Requests for Information).
• Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to approved designs.
• Promote sustainable and innovative architectural solutions, including energy efficiency, accessibility, and passenger comfort.
• Ensure designs incorporate effective wayfinding and passenger experience considerations.
• Prepare architectural reports, design review notes, change notices, and progress updates for the client and project management teams.
• Identify potential risks related to architectural design and construction; propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure health & safety and accessibility standards are met in all design phases.

Profile/Skills

• Graduate in Architecture
• 20+ years in rail related major infrastructure project/railway/ metro and designing of UG and Elevated station works in at least two metro projects.
