Notre entité Initial Hygiène basée à Créteil (94), recherche un Chargé de Relation Clients H/F en CDI
Rattaché à la Responsable Service Clients, vos tâches consisteront à gérer les opérations de Back-Office d'un portefeuille clients :
· Assurer le suivi d'un portefeuille clients,
· Traiter les opérations de facturation clients,
· Saisir les ventes dans le logiciel AS400,
· Participer à la résolution des litiges,
· Réaliser le suivi des réclamations clients,
· Traiter les demandes de résiliation,
· Être en appui des commerciaux sur le terrain,
· Gérer la relation clients par téléphone et par mail

Qualifications
Organisé, rigoureux et fiable, vous êtes orienté(e) satisfaction des clients, capable de gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois, et vous avez une bonne gestion de votre stress.
Votre aisance relationnelle et votre goût du travail en équipe sont des atouts essentiels pour ce poste.
Vous avez l'habitude de travailler sur la suite office et vous êtes à l'aise avec les logiciels de type CRM ou ERP.
