About the team

Alloy is seeking a detail-oriented, systems-minded Channel Operations Manager to help scale the operational processes and partner-facing infrastructure that power Alloy's partner ecosystem.

This role will address the unique complexity of channel operations: multi-party workflows, reseller and pass-through structures, partner-attributed revenue tracking, and the process discipline required to grow through indirect channels without proportional growth in manual effort. The successful candidate will own the rules, programs, and workflows that make the partner motion function, and will define what gets measured, why, and what the source of truth for that data is, while partnering closely with RevOps, who own the underlying systems and enterprise reporting infrastructure those definitions get built into.

What you'll be doing

  • Partner Program Operations & Project Management: Operationalize the project management of partner-facing initiatives, including new partner onboarding plans, partner tier changes, PRM rollouts, and cross-functional partner launches, from kickoff through go-live, with clear timelines and accountable owners at each step.
  • Partner Administration & Coordination: A significant, ongoing part of this role is the direct administrative and coordination work that keeps the partner engine running day to day: processing order and amendment requests (e.g., data-source additions) with RevOps and Legal, maintaining accurate partner records in Introw and Salesforce, routing and tracking partner requests, and coordinating logistics for partner meetings, QBRs, and events.
  • Deal Registration & Partner Deal Governance: Own and continuously improve the deal registration process across the partner network, including the rules for what qualifies, how conflicts between partners (or partner vs. direct) get resolved, and how registered pipeline gets attributed and tracked through to closed revenue.
  • Partner-Facing Change Management: Design and maintain the operational infrastructure for coordinating third-party data changes that affect channel partners and their end clients. This means building the process, communication sequencing, and audience controls that ensure the right information reaches the right party at the right time, and that changes don't create downstream failures across a multi-layer distribution chain.
  • PRM & Partner-Facing Tooling: Own Introw (PRM) as the partner-facing system of record, including partner onboarding into the portal, partner data hygiene, and the partner experience layer. You are the source of truth for what clean, accurate partner data looks like. Partner with RevOps on the Salesforce/Introw/Gong integration so partner data flows cleanly into shared systems without manual re-entry.
  • Channel Reporting Definitions: Define the channel-specific metrics that matter, including deal registration accuracy, partner-tier performance, partner pipeline health, and operational velocity, and own the source of truth for that underlying data. You own what gets measured and why; RevOps owns the systems and builds the dashboards that surface it.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with RevOps, Finance, Technical Solutions, and Legal to ensure contract execution, order processing, implementation readiness, resource mobilization, and revenue recognition are effective and don't generate operational escalations.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks specific to the channel sales and delivery cycle, including where partner-attributed deals stall or where partner managers lose time to manual coordination, and deploy process-driven solutions to increase throughput without adding headcount.

Role Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-6 years in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, or Revenue Operations in Fintech, SaaS, or enterprise financial software. Fintech, banking, or credit union experience is a strong plus but not required. Experience with reseller or pass-through billing models is a strong plus.
  • Channel Domain Knowledge: Real, hands-on understanding of multi-party deal flow, partner tiering, and deal registration, not just general sales pipeline management.
  • Systems Fluency: Comfortable working in Salesforce and a PRM tool (Introw or similar) day-to-day; doesn't need to own Salesforce architecture, but needs to configure and troubleshoot partner-specific objects and workflows.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced data capabilities (Excel, SQL, or BI tools) and a track record of turning complex, messy partner data into clear reporting definitions that RevOps can build against.

We're a lean team, so your impact will be felt immediately, and opportunities will grow as the company scales up. If this all sounds like a good fit for you, why not join us?
