JOB DESCRIPTION:
岗位职责
1. 经销商全生命周期管理
- 负责所辖区域经销商开发、准入、考核、淘汰全流程管理，严格执行公司渠道合规制度及最新行业新规。
- 管理合作经销商进销存数据，监控库存情况、窜货、临期、滞销库存，每月输出库存分析。
- 根据不同产品线制定差异化政策、任务、返利、支持资源等。
2. 渠道销售目标与过程管理
- 完成各产品线、各经销商月度/季度/年度渠道销售指标。
- 每季度输出经销商完成度分析。
3. 渠道政策落地、核算、盘库
- 集采、国谈政策落地后的管理，包括库存补偿、执行等。
- 收集了解各种竞品渠道政策、客户变动。

4. 平台管理
- 建立平台日常数据源：经销商清单、授权情况、库存情况、返利记录。
- 平台各种常规事情的处理（包括配合公司审计、合规稽查、内部检查，确保渠道资料完整、流程规范）。
任职要求
1. 大学及以上学历，销售和渠道经验优先。
2. 5年以上医疗器械渠道管理经验，有介入、结构心、耗材多产品线管理经验优先。
3. 熟悉医疗器械渠道模式、经销商管理逻辑、集采/国谈/两票制合规规则。
4. 熟练操作进销存数据、Excel数据复盘，具备较强的数据敏感度、对账能力、逻辑能力。
5. 具备100+经销商统筹管理经验优先，能同时做多产品线渠道管控。
6. 沟通协调能力强、抗压能力强、能接受出差。
