We are looking for a Channel Manager to lead the growth agenda across CVS and E-Commerce in Taiwan. This role will be responsible for building channel strategy, shaping customer plans, driving strong execution, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth. Exposure to Costco or broader modern trade is a plus.

The ideal candidate brings solid FMCG key account experience, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to work cross-functionally to turn strategy into results. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys customer leadership, team development, and operating in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop channel strategy and customer business plans to deliver sustainable growth across assigned accounts

  • Drive customer strategic planning and align internal resources to support commercial priorities

  • Monitor execution of customer business plans and ensure high-quality in-market execution

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key decision makers

  • Manage customer P&L and optimize customer contribution and profitability

  • Support negotiation of trade terms, promotional plans, and trade investment

  • Partner closely with field operations teams to ensure smooth customer operations and execution excellence

  • Coach and develop team capability in strategic planning, negotiation, and P&L management

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of FMCG key account or channel management experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in CVS and E-Commerce

  • Experience with Costco or broader modern trade is a plus

  • Proven track record in customer management, business planning, and commercial execution

  • Strong understanding of P&L management, trade terms, and trade investment

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Communications, or a related discipline

  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English
