Follow Shield AI on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.  Job Description: The Finance Transformation Change Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving employee readiness and adoption across major Finance transformations, beginning with Shield AI’s Oracle ERP implementation. The role leads internal communications, stakeholder engagement, change champion activities, and training coordination so employees and leaders are prepared to adopt new Finance systems, processes, and operating models. For the next 12 months, the role will focus primarily on the Oracle ERP implementation. Over time, it will support other Finance-related transformation initiatives, including acquisition integration, Finance systems modernization, process harmonization, and operating-model changes.
