What we offer:

  • 401k for all team members 18 and over with a company 3% match

  • Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age

  • 30% discount on food and drinks at on-site dining venues, plus additional healthy choice meal options at discounted prices

  • Education assistance, certification reimbursement and access to over 6,000 courses through our online learning library, designed to enhance your current skills and build new ones

Compensation: $22.00-$24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

How you will make an impact:

  • As the key support for our Employee Health & Well-Being Center (EHWC), you will:

  • Serve as the primary administrative support to the EHWC nurse practitioner — managing scheduling, emails, documentation, phone calls, and data entry.

  • Assist with pre-examination tasks, including taking vitals (BP, height, weight, BMI), prepping patients, and basic first aid as directed.

  • Perform clinical procedures such as blood draws, point-of-care tests (COVID-19, flu, glucose, etc.), drug screens, TB tests, and administer vaccines.

  • Conduct medical record audits under EHWC nurse practitioner and EHWC leadership, including chart reviews and follow-up.

  • Maintain lab compliance and quality assurance documentation, including temperature logs and lab control records.

  • Support claims management by coordinating with external healthcare providers for work-related injuries.

  • Assist the ongoing needs of the Employee Health and Well-Being Center by assisting with additional duties and projects as assigned.

  • Help promote EHWC services to team members through marketing outreach, attending staff meetings, and communicating offerings to employees. Embrace your creativity and bring excitement for all we have to offer!

 What you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Knowledge of HIPAA and PHI regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality, safety, and compliance at all times

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and electronic file management systems such as SharePoint

  • Strong administrative skills, including experience with data entry, filing, scanning, faxing, and digital communication tools

  • Clinical expertise in phlebotomy and specimen collection, including point-of-care testing (e.g., urinalysis) and proper packaging and transport to labs

  • Active CPR/BLS certification

  • Current Medical Assistant Certification required - obtained through AAMA (CMA), AMT (RMA), NHA (CCMA), NCCT (NCMA), or NAHP (NRCMA). Individuals with demonstrated experience in a clinical medical assistant role who are not yet certified through an accredited organization may be considered, with the expectation of obtaining such certification within 90 days of employment
