Certified Home Health Aide - CHHA

Eminence Home Care is on the lookout for a skilled and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our exceptional team. As a CHHA, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, meal preparation, and companionship. Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily personal care tasks and hygiene needs.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
• Help patients with mobility, including getting in and out of bed and moving around the home.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist clients with dietary needs.
• Monitor clients' health and report any concerns to the healthcare team.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe living environment.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.

• Certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA) is mandatory.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude towards clients.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
