Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Central Services Tech, you will ensure the continuous and efficient operation of our IT infrastructure, providing vital technical support that empowers our entire organization.Your daily work will involve monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems, swiftly resolving technical issues to minimize disruption. You'll provide expert user support, documenting solutions, and actively contributing to system reliability and efficiency.To excel in this role requires robust IT knowledge, exceptional problem-solving skills, a meticulous approach to system tasks, and the ability to translate technical challenges into practical, effective solutions for users and systems alike.

  • Manages patient charges for supplies and equipment.
  • Assembles, processes and sterilizes reusable supplies, instruments, equipment and trays.
  • Manages portable patient equipment.
  • Maintains Central Processing in a safe, clean environment.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Certified and Registered Central Service Technician, within 12 - months or
  • Certified Instrument Specialst, within 12 - months or
  • Certified Healthcare Leader, within 12 - months

Preferred

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • At least one year experience in hospital setting
