Long-standing, family-owned, agricultural construction company is seeking top notch drivers to join our team.  We move material and equipment via side dumps, belly dumps, low boys, and flat beds to various job sites in central and eastern Washington.  If you love to drive, enjoy taking care of customers, and want to work year-round, you will have a great time here. Driver Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • You should be comfortable driving on county roads, to rural areas, and at remote locations in all types of challenging weather and driving conditions, especially during the winter.
  • You will also need to be able to efficiently navigate to job sites.
  • Secure and verify loads.
  • Maintain driver logs and other paperwork.
  • Load & unload materials and equipment.
  • Able to work with customers to meet and exceed their expectations
  • Due to the diverse nature of our operations, truck drivers may also be required to assist construction crews in the field when not performing driving duties. This may include supporting general construction activities and other tasks as needed to help ensure efficient project operations.

 

Skills/Abilities: 

  • Good communication skills.  
  • Prior experience working as CDL driver preferred. 
  • Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills. 
  • Comfortable working in rural areas and all types of weather conditions.  

 

Education and Experience:

  • Must hold required Class A CDL and a current Medical card.
  • Must pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state department(s) of transportation regulations.

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods sitting in a trailer cab for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to visually inspect machines. 
  • Must be able to load and unload heavy machinery
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
