As a CCE, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate assistance. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information. Your role is crucial in maintaining a positive brand image and driving customer loyalty.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
