CCE

As a CCE, you will be the front-line representative for our company, handling customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and offering solutions to their queries. Your role is crucial in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and chats promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, services, and policies.
• Assist customers with account-related issues, such as password resets and account updates.
• Offer tailored solutions and recommendations to meet customer needs and preferences.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team or supervisor for further assistance.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude throughout customer interactions.
• Ensure customer data privacy and security by adhering to company policies and guidelines.
• Actively listen to customer feedback and suggestions to improve our services.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure a seamless experience.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
• A friendly and empathetic approach to customer service, with a focus on building rapport.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and offer creative solutions.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software.
• Basic knowledge of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or a related field is an asset.
