Category Manager at JoomPro

JoomPro is the first and only end-to-end cross-border B2B marketplace. It serves small, medium, and large businesses, handling orders of any size from start to finish. Today, JoomPro operates in Brazil and Mexico, with plans to expand into other markets.

JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies founded in 2016 in Latvia. We work as one international team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across countries, businesses and products.

We're currently looking for a Category Manager to own and grow the Electronics and/or Automotive or othercategories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the assortment for Electronics and/or Automotive or other categories, including quarterly assortment analysis
• Identify underserved niches and close gaps to generate demand for new assortment
• Evaluate price segments and the completeness of category offerings
• Work with the procurement team on assortment and key merchant development
• Maintain and update the assortment matrix, prioritizing or deprioritizing products
• Manage the new product plan for the category
• Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions and product launches

• Proven experience in category management, ideally in e-commerce
• Hands-on experience in Electronics and/or Automotive categories
• Analytical mindset: strong data-driven decision-making skills
• Comfortable using AI tools to support category analysis and automate processes
• Fluent English and Portuguese
• Knowledge of SQL and coding is preferred

• Compensation package: base salary and performance-based bonuses, CLT employment
