Casual Sales Consultant

Love technology, people, and a bit of healthy competition?

As a Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find the right products and solutions while creating an exceptional in-store experience. You'll build relationships, share your product knowledge, and work alongside a supportive team to achieve great results.

What you'll be doing:

• Helping customers find the right technology and appliances for their needs
• Delivering expert advice and outstanding customer service
• Keeping the store looking its best
• Working with your team to achieve sales goals and create a positive store culture

Casual Customer Service Representative

Love solving problems and making someone's day a little easier?

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the go-to person for customers needing support, advice, or help with purchases and services. Every day is different, and you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting customers with payments, finance applications, and account enquiries
• Supporting customers with service repairs and product-related questions
• Resolving customer concerns with confidence and empathy
• Completing administrative tasks and customer follow-ups

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Remain calm under pressure and enjoy problem-solving
• Have strong communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face
• Are comfortable learning new systems and technology
• Take pride in delivering excellent customer service
