Penrose - St. Francis Health Services is a full-service, 712-bed acute care provider in Colorado Springs comprising Penrose Hospital, St. Francis Hospital and St. Francis Hospital - Interquest. The Case Manager Team Lead will direct, plan, organize and leads all activities during a shift of the department staff so that all processes are completed in a timely, efficient manner ensuring quality and the highest level of professional care is provided. Ensures that a high quality of standards are met to service the needs of patients, physicians, regulatory agencies, community agencies, outside entities, and all hospital departments.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Graduate of accredited school of nursing or Master's of Social Work
Required If Registered Nurse, current state RN license
- 4 years as a registered nurse or 4 years as a social worker
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and maintain organizationProficient with computers (including but not limited to Microsoft Office and EHR applications)
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
