Caregiver PRN 7-3 shift every other weekend

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Help residents with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and report any changes to the nursing team.
• Take and record vital signs when required.
• Assist residents with transfers and ambulation using proper body mechanics and mobility equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents.
• Provide companionship and emotional support while encouraging social interaction and participation in activities.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with nurses, families, and other healthcare team members.
• Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures in accordance with facility policies.
• Respect residents' privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
• CNA preferred but not required.
• Salary starting at $17.00
