  • Excellent rates of pay: £12.25/hr before 6:15pm & £13.25/hr after 6:15pm
  • After 3 months of service we pay an additional 50p/hr if you hold a QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care

  • PAID travel time & mileage at 45p between client visits

  • Evening, weekend and daytime work available from 10-35 hours per week, depending on your availability

You will be supporting our clients with a variety of day-to-day tasks, duties will include: 

  • Companionship - Ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit.
  • Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
  • Personal care - Supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to help maintain a healthy and independent lifestyle 
  • Accompany to appointments or shopping

Job Description

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life of our clients in St Albans, Harpenden & Radlett. Every one of our clients is unique and special, the joy and comfort our clients receive from one of our Care Professionals visiting them makes this an incredibly rewarding job.

Qualifications

No previous experience is required.  We will provide you with the training you need to feel confident when providing care to our valued clients.

However, if you already hold a QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care we will pay you an additional 50 pence an hour once you've been with us for three months.
