This role is focused on driving team performance in the field, strengthening day-to-day execution, and helping create a consistent, motivated canvassing operation that supports company growth and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate canvassing teams.
- Manage outreach campaigns.
- Train staff.
- Optimize field strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Experience leading field canvassing or door-to-door outreach teams, including at least 6 months of experience supervising 5 or more canvassers.
- Proven success coaching, supervising, and motivating field representatives to improve team performance.
- Experience achieving appointment-setting results through canvassing or outreach campaigns.
- Background in homeowner-facing neighborhood outreach.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
